Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available in certain situations, such as when services are not provided in the allotted period or when the customer is unable to meet the service agreement’s conditions.
- Customers who want a refund must give good explanation and accompanying documentation.
Refund Procedure
Customers must formally request a refund using the methods we have specified, together with the required paperwork and a detailed explanation of why they would want a return.
- In accordance with the conditions specified in the service agreement, our staff will expeditiously evaluate the request and determine its legality.
- Due to the nature of its services, we do not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation. In case of monthly, it is understood that for next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. We do not make any guarantees on the basis of traffic/rankings etc. and will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof.
Partial Refunds
Clients may be qualified for a partial refund equal to the percentage of the services that were not provided if just a portion of the services were rendered. The client shall be informed in a clear and open manner of the amount that qualifies for a refund, which will be decided by the level of service completion.
Non-Refundable Services
- Some fees or services, such upfront consultation costs, third-party costs, or services that have already been performed in accordance with the agreement, might not be refundable.
- The service agreement will make these non-refundable products crystal apparent to prevent misunderstandings.
Cancellation Policy
We follow a transparent and no fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the policy:
- All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department.
- Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and execution of the project has not started already.
- We will not be held responsible for any third party services, such as hosting, web development, content writing etc.
Particular Situations
Resort Marketing Agency maintains the right to waive the refund policy in certain cases, including natural disasters, acts of war, or other unanticipated occurrences outside of our control. The customer shall be informed of any such exclusion in a prompt and open way.
